Returns
If you decide upon receipt of your order that you would like to return your product please get in touch with me at info@willowblossombaby.co.uk
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase so please include a copy of the order confirmation in your return package.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and advise when the refund is initiated. We would aim to do this as quickly as possible. If the goods are inspected an cannot be sold to another customer we would not refund the full amount. This will be discussed with you before any decisions are made.
Defective Wipe holders
If an item is defective we will be happy to replace the product. We would ask for photo evidence of the issue and we will ensure that you receive replacements as soon as possible if a defect is found. Please e-mail info@willowblossombaby.co.uk and explain the issue. Please include your order reference in all correspondence. We will respond ASAP and advise how we can help you.
